These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Full Dispatch (“Full Dispatch”, “we”, “us”) at fulldispatch.ai. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Full Dispatch provides AI-powered marketing audits and automated deployment of marketing improvements for residential HVAC operators. Specifically, we offer:
- A free External Signals Audit (“XSA”) that analyzes publicly available information about your business across Google Business Profile, your website, Yelp, BBB, Facebook, and other public sources.
- Paid product modules that deploy marketing improvements to your business's online presence (collectively, the “Modules”).
2. Account Registration
To access the XSA you provide your email address and the URL of your business website. To purchase paid Modules, you create an account via magic-link email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
3. Module Purchases & Pricing
Modules are sold as one-time purchases. The price for each Module depends on your business's detected technology stack and is shown on your personalized offer page after your audit completes. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes. We may change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect Modules you have already purchased.
4. Module Delivery & Installation
Each Module's delivery method depends on its tier and your technology stack. Some Modules require you to grant Full Dispatch certain permissions on third-party platforms (for example, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, WordPress, Buffer) to complete installation. By granting these permissions, you authorize Full Dispatch to take the specific actions described in each Module's configuration page on your behalf.
We deploy Modules using the data extracted during your XSA. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information; if the XSA has detected your information incorrectly, you should notify us before installation.
5. Refunds
Our refund policy is set forth in our Refund Policy. In summary: Modules that have not yet been installed on your business's online presence may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once a Module has been installed, no refund is available because the work has been completed.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Full Dispatch deploys best-practice marketing improvements. We do not guarantee any specific search-engine ranking, lead volume, revenue increase, AI search citation, or other commercial result. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to: changes to search-engine algorithms, the competitive landscape in your service area, the quality of your service delivery, and broader market conditions.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Provide false business information or attempt to manipulate the XSA against a business you do not own
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code or AI models
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute our service without our written permission
8. Intellectual Property
Full Dispatch and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Full Dispatch and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Content generated for you (schema markup, FAQ pages, blog posts, service-area pages, social posts) is yours to use on your business.
9. Third-Party Services
Our service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, Stripe, Resend, Supabase, Twilio, Buffer, and others) to deliver Modules. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Full Dispatch disclaims all warranties, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Full Dispatch's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event will Full Dispatch be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that harms us, our other customers, or third parties.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify active customers of material changes via the email associated with their account. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
